It was a memorable day for many football fans in Kerala when Argentine star Diego Armando Maradona visited the city of Kannur on Wednesday.

But there was also a very special moment when two legends of the game met at the Municipal Stadium at a function in front of tousands of fans: Diego Armando Maradona and IM Vijayan!

The 1986 FIFA World Cup winner Maradona and the “Black Pearl of Indian football” Vijayan shared the stage at the function and they even showed some football skills on the stage.

Maradona and Vijayan headed the ball to each other with the Keralite fans going berserk.
