RB Leipzig: Subrata Pal has arrived in Germany

Indian national team keeper Subrata Pal has arrived in Germany for his trials with German 4 Division side RB Leipzig. Subrata arrived in Leipzig on Saturday mid-day from Kolkata via Mumbai and Frankfurt/Main.

Subrata will be having a day off on Sunday and he would use the time to relax a little bit after the long journey.

The trial for the Prayag United SC star has been arranged by Red Bull India as reported earlier [+ read more] and he is looking forward to the trials.

“I’m confident that RB Leipzig is the place where I can really push myself and can develop myself into a better and stronger player,” the star keeper told during a press conference on Thurday [+read more].

The RB Leipzig team is currently away for a pre-season training camp in Bad Aussee, Austria and they are scheduled to return to their home base on Wednesday. Subrata will join the RB Leipzig U23 team on Monday and train with the 6th Division side for the first days.

The Indian keeper would join the first team during their first training session back home in Leipzig on Thursday.
