IndianFootball.Com, India's Premier Football Site, is proud to announce the launch of the first-ever fantasy football online game for Indian football fans. The game is called the "IndianFootball.Com FANTASY I-LEAGUE".

The "IndianFootball.Com FANTASY I-LEAGUE" is an exclusive and free online game for all lovers of the beautiful game. Indian fans around the globe were eagerly waiting for a game, where they could compete with their Indian stars and teams for glory.

Fans around the globe can register for free and sign their Baichung's, Chetri's, Odafe's and Co. and lead their team to the top!

The game has been launched on Monday and it immediately caught the attention of footballer lovers in and outside the sub-continent.

The "IndianFootball.Com FANTASY I-LEAGUE" has been developed by Germany-based company "Kontertaktik GmbH". They are one of the leading football game developers in the country with several high-profile clients in their portfolio. "Kontertaktik GmbH" has developed the official Fantasy League game for the German Bundesliga amongst others.

About the game Each player will start-off with a budget of 70.000.000 Rs to buy a minimum of 11 footballers for their squad. They may sell a maximum number of 3 footballers before each I-League Round and up to 10 players before Round 1 and 12 of the season. The players are not allowed to buy or sell players during the time a match is played.

The player needs to select a goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders and forwards to create their match line-up. Only the 11 players selected for the starting line-up will be adjudged with points for their performances, while players on the substitute bench won't be included to the pointing.

The players will be rated and evaluated by the IndianFootball.Com editorial. The players will receive 0 points at worst, while the top performers will gain 10 points in the best case. A player will receive additional points for a goal. Important criteria's for the player ratings are the bookings, the number of goals scored, assists, tackling's, playing time and starting-off a match.
